Excellent hotel
The room was fantastic; everything we could possibly need, e.g. tea/coffee making facility, TV, warm bathroom, iron/ironing board, comfy bed, delicious breakfast, (catering for a veggie too!). Parking was a great bonus as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal if you’re going to the Cliffs Pavilion; a short walk.

Excellent

Stayed on a Sunday. Very Peaceful. No Road Traffic and I felt very safe in Southend on Sea, during the Winter months. I returned, late at night, returning from a show at the Cliffs Pavillion Theatre

Just wanted to say thank you for a really lovely stay.
The room was fantastic; everything we could possibly need, and the breakfast was delicious (catering for a veggie too!). Perfect location for what we wanted, and I would definitely recommend your hotel. Parking was a great bonus as well.

It’s more of a guest house than a hotel. Decent location for the front and within walking distance of the centre. Stayed in a double room which was clean and comfortable. Large TV showing football in the bar and Stella on draught at a reasonable price. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly.

Value for money was good. Attentive staff and a good quality breakfast. Room and en-suite were clean – bit of a draught from a window/curtain that needs updating (room 15). Overall excellent and will definitely re-book in the future.

Fridge didn’t keep our items cold and ironing board in room (no iron so felt like storage), but neither would prevent me from returning.
It’s great value for money, staff incredibly friendly and a comfortable stay.
No ironing board and a cold fridge would defiantly have made it a 5 🙂

The location is perfect nearly pavilions Theatre .

The room and breakfast were perfect however I would not recommend the evening meal…

 could do with some improvement apart from that I’ll stay was wonderful and the house our

Friendly and very accommodating would stay there again highly recommended
